Protecting Devices When Traveling – My intelliGLASS Screen Protector

I’m not sure about you guys but I’m a really good procrastinator. As in, I’ve had my new phone for five months and until the day before my Italy trip I still hadn’t put a screen protector on it. I kept telling myself I’d go to one of the stores at the mall and have them put one one but somehow it never happened. I’ve had bad experience in the past with trying to apply screen protectors myself so I avoided ordering one from Amazon.

But then my big trip to Italy was fast approaching and I knew I needed to get it done. My phone is the most used item on any trip I take. From looking up directions, finding places to eat or simply taking pictures I’m constantly reaching for it. It got thrown into my purse or backpack too many times to count during my big trip so having a screen protector on it was a necessity.

And then at just the right time I heard about intelliGlass screen protectors. Since it’s one solid, hard piece that you apply to the phone instead of a flimsy, bendable sticker type piece it was something I was confident I could apply myself. And not only did I do it myself it was a piece of cake.

The protector comes with a little kit that helps you clean your phone and easily install the protector. They have a short video that walks you through everything and I’m not sure it could have been any simpler.

I wish I’d known about it sooner and put in on months ago because it’s been fantastic. It’s protected my screen from so many ins and outs of my bag throughout the entire trip and doesn’t impact the ability to use the phone at all. Not a single scratch and there were plenty of times where scratches should have happened!

I also bought a cheapo phone cover from Amazon and was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked out for me as well. It’s the blue on you see in the picture and it can be found here.

You can buy the intelliGlass screen protector for the various iPhone 6 models here and they have versions for all of the Android phones as well!

I was given this screen protector for free from #intelliGLASS in exchange for an honest review. As always, opinions are my own. Links used in this post are affiliate links that add no cost to you but help support this blog. Thanks for reading!
